What is this transparent box attched to me, that will not let me see what it is (I can edit it ~ I found it editing a building and accidently hit on it) AND it rebakes me everytime I try to detach or drop it. It will not detach or drop.

Have you tried to delete it?

Have you tried to use the replace current outfit option in the viewer?

To do so, open your inventory, right click a folder which contains cloths, and select the "Replace Current Outfit" option. This should remove all your existing attachments, including the invisible box.
