Okay, good suggestion. I'll make a note of posting the planned topics for discussion with these posts. However, meetings sometimes diverge from the planned topics so subjects that interest you may come up.

The best way to make sure you don't miss anything you may wish to discuss is to attend.

I really do not see any reason to attend a meeting that has no pre-arranged agenda. I think attendance would improve if you posted agendas and allowed others to add to that agenda prior to the meeting date.

And you change the meeting to a Saturday or Sunday at noon - when more people aren't working and can attend.

Also, since there are so many community issues that need to be worked out, perhaps you can crowd source and create 'break-out session groups' that meet on their own and focus on one subject and discuss then bring their conclusions back to the entire group.
