Just as the header implies, I would LOVE to see some type of coupon system where I could give the customer a code and they would either get a discount (percentage or amount) or an item for free. This would be great for both events and customer service.
In Lieu of this, I would like a way to deliver a product for free (sort of like redelivery, but you are giving it) so the Kitely market permissions system could be used on that item. I would be willing to pay for using this (either with KC's or USD).

You can use the Deliver To "Other Avatar" feature to buy an item from your own Kitely Market store and deliver it to your customer. If you use this method the sales revenue would be directed to your Kitely account so your out-of-pocket expense would end up being Kitely's sales commission on the sale.
