Are you able to take a meeting chatlog and turn it into readable meeting notes?

If so, the Kitely Mentors Group needs you!

At the moment there are just two of us who are regularly summarising the weekly Mentors Meetings. It's a job that can become a burden if done week after week after week.

But if it is shared out, it becomes more manageable.

The summaries are a valuable record of decisions and discussions, and are a good way to keep abreast of developments here in Kitely.

So, if you feel you would like to help in this way, do mention it below. And if you have any questions, ask away!

I think this is a worthy thing to do, and I applaud those who do it, but for me, personally, I just can't oblige myself....

You don't have to sign a contract or anything Minethere maybe if you're at a meeting and feel like doing the summary that day you could let it be known. Nobody is going to get any argument from me or Dot if they want to do notes. I love attending meetings where I'm not two or three paragraphs behind everyone else.

It would be nice if some of the people who like to write and are willing to arrange a time could help out. I told Dot I could do the next two or three meetings, but I'd be more than happy to share the fun.

Maybe I will sometime...but don't hold me to it...lol.. i do have the chat logs...

I would be happy to do a few. Meetings often occur during normal work hours for me (U.S. East Coast). However, Dundridge says he can give me a copy of the whole meeting any time--so I should be able to do it even if I can't make it in person.

From experience, it is possible to create summaries from chatlogs even if one is unable to attend the meeting. For example, Ilan emailed me the chatlog for the meeting on 12 June 2013.

Hello ....I hope someone in charge views this post...I used to log into kitely...i have a sim there called Hobo Amusement park ...actually its my junk yard sim and not the park. I have had a couple of people contact me in secondlife wanting to purchase some items from that sim ....but I cant get there I cant to anything kitely lol I cant email kitely ...start a viewer for kitley I don't know how I got into this fourm was surprised when i got here maybe it was a mistake lol....but if someone from kitelys staff could elmail me at Judymuircastle6@aol.com com and help I sure would appreciate it !!
