Clickable links on forum are not obvious

In the forum redesign, weblinks are not as easy to spot. Here's an example. Can you spot where the links are without hovering the cursor over the words? What if a reader was not expecting links to be given? They would miss the chance of finding out more.

There are several kits on Kitely Market, some of which include examples you can pull to pieces and rebuild.

Some examples:
Imladris on Kitely has lots of waterfalls. These were built with items available across the hypergrid.

Michael encouraged me to experiment. It seems to depend on the system you are using. On my MacBook and iMac the links are not so obvious, but on an iPad they are clearer. Perhaps it's because the Mac screens use scaling for their displays and the text is slightly smeared out.

Does it help if the links are made bold?

Hi Dot,

We'll have to experiment to see what we can do about this that doesn't break the design and maintains consistency.

Hi Dot,

We updated the forums style today which should, among other things, make links a lot easier to spot.

Please note you may need to refresh your browser page to ensure your browser will start displaying the updated forums icons.
