Thank you for the information Chris.

There's no need to apologize. If there is a problem, we want to know about it. I'm asking questions so that we'll be able to reproduce the problem, find out what is causing it and fix it.

Hi Chris,

Please upload the image to your inventory again then double click to open it.

Does it display properly? If so, can you apply it to your pants from your inventory? Does that texture then rezz when you wear the pants?

You shouldn't be worried about your customers having problems if the Kitely Market listing displays no warnings or errors.

thx ilan,
yes ive done all that several times (as shown & seen in previous posts), the texture is perfect fine

i had same, with a new skin a few days ago,

and today, again, i made a new skin after the jeans thingsees, 'same message same issues' :'(

yes, it shows & applys perfectly fine, i only upload finished work & high quality beautiful templates

the kitely market, did show errors with the skin i had 'same eror' with a few days ago, so i re uploaded-remade all,and i 've added a note now to give good help-service, i have noooo idea why it acts so odd

thankyou for assisting & reassuring (if no errors shown, it will be fine), i christa

Thank you Chris,

That error message was added in OpenSim 0.9 (not by us). We'll investigate what it is intended for and why you're encountering this issue.

Hi Chris,

We want to try to reproduce the problem. Can you please email me the image file you use to create the texture that is causing you these issues so we'll be able to do so?

We've updated Kitely with various bug fixes and speed improvements to the following actions:
1) Linking and Unlinking objects (linksets).
2) Deleting objects.
3) Terraforming.

Our next update will include fixes to some of the Kitely Market object parsing errors that have been reported and to the "not enough permissions on asset(s)" issue that Chris reported.

Please test these functions and let us know your findings.
