See I have my officer tag in the land group on, the subdivide button wont go active even with this minor parcel size selected. Subidviding is possible on all other parcels in the region. This parcel also does not let me modify EEP at the parcel level. ISMuseum/810/46/22
I cannot modify the parcel name or description either.

Please try reclaiming that parcel then seeing if you can subdivide it.
