Future Feature Suggestion

Post by Tonia Kara »

Not sure if this would be possible? 64 region size land I find it difficult to make land parcels the right size. Would it be possible to have a function in that you could automatically divide the big region into 64 equal sized parcels.

Thank you.

I not have a function but a method I used.

I made a platform of 256x256, then hollowed it. This way you end up with a frame.
You will have 8 times 256x256 in one 'row'. And there are 8 rows.
Start in a corner and systematically work your way..
I made sure draw distance was set to high so I could make huge parcels.
I made sure my settings in build were set to no limit on dragging prims.
Also I made sure to set my settings to "double click and go to spot".

This worked for me.. and..it was still a bit tedious but I must say it went pretty fast after I had the settings done.
after that you can make squares and go on till you reach the middle. And if you would like smaller parcels then you can divide them from there.
Also.. after a while the borders also get visible on world map. which came in handy for quickly tp'ing to spots.

Also.. if you need help.. IM me..

Kind regards,

Bold
