Video Tutorials for Kitely

Hi all,
Are there any up-to-date video tutorials on how to use Kitely? I'm not interested in anything complex; I just need to show my students how to move, talk, teleport, etc. in a virtual world. They won't do any building, but they may want to edit their appearance.
