Re: Residential construction: Signature Safety: Training in digital worlds
A person I've known for years finally got her PHD in Education, using our virtual worlds as her primary experience examples for her dissertation. She is specializing in using virtual worlds to advance educational needs with a focus on consulting with firms in integrating virtual activity into their training and planning. The potential is as you point out, tremendous if used properly... and if companies can be made aware of the advantages in doing so.
