The Avenue, Coopersville

Post by Elspeth Sorrelwood »

The next chapter for Coopersville has started! The transfer of land ownership went well with the expert help of Ilan and Oren. So now I am the proud caretaker of the beautiful Edwardian-inspired world created and developed by Koshari and friends.

Would you like to be part of this new chapter? If so, what about taking residence in one of the upmarket houses of The Avenue, to the north and east of the main island? The plan is to make these available for long-term rentals, 6 months at a time, for just 5 USD (via PayPal) or 1500KC - that works out at under $1 or 300KC a month, with a prim allowance of 1000 per plot. This will start from the beginning of July 2025.

At the moment the houses at 9 and 11 The Avenue are available to be rented – all the others are currently taken. Do get in touch if you would like one of these as a home-from-home.

I'm one of the new residents on The Avenue, no. 2. It's such a lovely area, and each house has its own boat dock. I must get out the canoe and go exploring -- the woods to the north look inviting.

I'm pleased to say that no 11 The Avenue has just been rented, so that leaves no 9 The Avenue available.

Rent is 5 USD or 1500 KC for 6 months, starting from 1 July 2025. So if you rent now, the next payment isn't until 1 January 2026. Rental includes 1000 prim allowance for house furnishing and any extra garden items.

When you rent, you'll be invited to join the exclusive group for residents: The Avenue. The plots are set to that group.
