I am happy you liked it, as I am sure Avia would be also-))

I show as the creator due to the way she passed it to me originally. And also due to how I loaded it to make some corrections as her original intention had not been to give the OAR away.

She had not set much of it to copy by anyone and once she passed it to me she wanted it to be so, so I had to bring it into my SOAS so I could own the entire build to make the necessary changes.

She knows this, approved it, and has no issues with it. Thus why I always make sure and point out it is HER creation.

We are both aware that issues with saving OARs over various versions as well as passing them around often changes creator information.

This is likely changing but it has no issue with us.

I have used quite a bit of her items from there to create other OARs I set out in places, she knows this and is perfectly fine with it-))

Avia actually has an account in Kitely but I am not sure how well she watches it.

The concept of such things is to show others different ways of looking at region building in order to give them ideas to possibly incorporate some of that into their own builds.

Not many, especially in closed commercial grids, are really able to fully see what they can do with so much land, so it is an attempt to be helpful.

As well, the artistic expressions involved, are, to me, quite impressive-))
