Resetting Group Property for all/most items on a Region

Last year we transitioned from Seanchai Library properties to Storylink Radio Estate.
With many things and anon to do, am still catching up on numerous items.
This one is not urgent, but wondering if anyone sees a danger here before we proceed with the following:
A lot of our items are still set to Seanchai Library Group, I can change them all en masse to Storylink Radio using Area Search All, then Select All>Edit and change the Group.
