While this Japanese-style region is work in progress, the central area is a little gem -- well worth visiting.

Beautiful wooden buildings and gardens, with careful attention to detail such as placing a prop for an overhanging tree branch.

Thank you Dot for your sweet words. Its been a while and I have moved on with the works;-) Hosoi Mura is in fact a place where I design for a Real Life project in the Netherlands. People may visit but thats gonna cost some;-)

On the other hand I am working on my big 16 region wide project Hosoi Mura Edo Honshu Japan. This is where the actual action will be, some day;-) This world is free to visit for all people and I already have set up quit a few areas. You can visit the Matsumoto Castle, the ricefields, the Harusaki onsen and much more. Remember its the rough lines and I will need to add lots of detail later.
