The Atropia OAR files from the DSG role play tests are now available for download at MOSES.
They're on a CC - BY - SA 4.0 licence courtesy of the US Army Research Laboratory.
There are 9 separate OAR files.
From what I recall, this is a very hilly and dry terrain with a central Asian town and a rather nice mosque.
(They gave the characters names from science fiction movies, hence the tea house being run by Mal Reynolds.)
