Grey or Salt and Pepper Hair?

I need some hair. I want my av to represent something moderately close to how I actually see myself. This is because I do real work in virtual worlds and want to be clear about who I am. So I have managed to tweak a body and get a skin that work for me, but the hair-- Oy! the hair!
Anyone have any idea where to get a variety of greying or salt and pepper hair that does not look like its made of wood?
BTW, even SL does not have this one covered. There everyone is either 22 or 97. There is nothing much in between in the hair department.
