There are two static horse models at the farm in Quayside world.
If you fly up from the arrival point at Quayside, and head north, you can't really miss it.
They are both free to copy.

The black horse I found as a freebie in a couple of Kitely worlds, it shows the creator as AJ Kelton.
I suppose that might be http://www.educause.edu/members/aj-kelton, but I don't really know.
