I can't find it either, Constance, and I have a Premium account so it's not that.

It might be that Ramesh is keeping the world private while he gets things ready -- he might not want spies getting an unfair advantage over their opponents!

I shall have to give this event a miss unfortunately, since my computer's power supply has just blown up and there's no chance of a replacement before next week (it's currently running on the battery).

Yes the world is private now so that I can finish setting things up. And also it helps keep costs under control a bit, it is a free to access region for all. You will not need a premium account to access.
