The Storytellers at Seanchai Library present lots and lots of literature.. from the very ancient right up to modern books that haven't even hit the shelves yet..
It can be some tricky waters to navigate to stay in compliance with rights and copyright permissions and public domain..
Most of the time we are not able to record any of our presentations.

In some cases though, such as the recent 'Arabian Nights' sessions... we are able to record and present these for folks who might not have been able to make it to the original performance.

And so... we are happy to make available to our Kitely and Hypergrid friends, the full audio recordings of Shandon Loring presenting tales from 'Arabian Nights'.

[edited for clarity]
Please keep in mind these are recordings of live performances, complete with the glitches and nuances of any live event... for example the most recent session presenting to both IW and Kitely, crashes occurred in IW during the performance. You may also hear the storyteller talking to, or responding to, comments from the audience. It is this very immediacy that we feel makes the Live Performance so very special!

If you wish to listen to more 'polished' productions, you may find many of our storytellers works available on Amazon, iTunes, and Audible.com

The following are offered freely for your listening pleasure:

Arabian Nights - presented on May 9th, 2015

Hi Ilan,
We should have been clearer.. absolutely not Kitely.
I was 'twinning', present in both Kitely and Inworldz simultaneously, when several folks in Inworldz crashed. I heard reports that it was a Firestorm issue. I was using Firestorm on both grids. We experienced two outages and had to relog in both times.

However, crashes were in IW only, Kitely was rock solid - as always!

I've mentioned before that we have even had Vivox issues at times in SL and brought our folks to Kitely where everything was peachy!
