We had a lovely service together -- thank you to those who came and shared the time of prayer.
We're now moving to Vespers Lodge for the gathering, which will start at 12 noon grid time (10 minutes from time of writing this).

Thank you to everyone who came -- it made for a very pleasant, relaxed time of chatting and sharing.

Anyone who hasn't seen Vespers Lodge on Intersections should do themselves a big favor and get over there at their earliest opportunity.
Dot has done an outstanding job on the detail of this build. As we sat around during the gathering on December 25th, it really seemed
like we were hanging out with friends in front of the welcoming fire in the fireplace.
I don't know how long the holiday decorations will be up at Vespers, but I would recommend getting over there in time to see them if you
can.
Congratulations to Dot on a fabulous build, and I'd like to thank her for hosting the gathering at Vespers Lodge, and for leading the prayer
service at Vespers Church beforehand. I had a wonderful time. It was great to see so many people there to celebrate together.
Happy New Year to all in Kitely,

Thank you for your very kind words, Deuce! It was a lovely time, and I'm glad it captured some of the reality of enjoying things together with friends.
The Christmas decorations will be up until the traditional date of Twelfth Night, 6th of January. Everyone welcome, alone or together!

I should have thought of this before...
Does anyone have any photos of the event? If so, could you let me have a copy asap please? Graham would like one for the Sign of the Kite newsletter coming out tomorrow!

Thanks, Selby! I've sent you a forum pm...
--------
Edited to add: Perhaps the easiest way is to send inworld photos to my Kitely avie. If I'm offline, I receive email notification that something has been sent, and the full text of any inworld PMs.
I'm not a fan of Google+, though I know a lot of people are. So I only log on there if I specifically need to do something, and log off afterwards.
