Waymarker Season II Blender/Storybuiding Classes
Posted: Mon Jan 25, 2016 1:34 pm
Today the second season of Waymarker Storybuilding Classes begin. This year we are handing the lesson material a little differently to determine whether we accommodate participants better. We are posting tutorials online and in the Google+ Waymarker 88221 Community's Doc's files, and we are having live discussions (sort of like a book club about how to books and tutorials) from now through the end of April.
We learned so much last year plodding through the best way to approach these lessons. This year we are also at two in world locations. One is right here on the Kitely Grid at Edummersive Learning Worlds, a build I share with G. D'Lareh https://www.kitely.com/virtual-world/Gh ... ing-Worlds. The Waymarker Annex is still under construction at the ELW, but there is a nice place to sit and view the surroundings, and we need to take the conversation out of world to Google Hangout anyway, so we can share screens (not RL faces) and voice. Later this week Kitely resident Serene Jewell is expected to start her well received "very beginner Blender discussions" from the Kitely location.
For more information about how to get an invite to the Google Hangout chat today at 10:30 am PST , or to join our forum where participants who can't attend the Live Discussions can ask answer questions from other participants, please go here http://waymarker88221.blogspot.com/ and follow the link to the schedule/calendar. Much information is included every calendar event page, so click on the button to find more.
