Today we are returning to the start of our lesson cycle with Lesson 1: The basics. Students will learn about the structure of a script, the components of that structure, proper syntax and why that is important, and along the way learn to say different things in different ways with a script within the sim. No prior knowledge of programming or scripting is required. Students should arrive familiar with the basics of creating prims and otherwise using their SL/OS viewer, and be able to use voice to listen to the instructor. If you are hearing impaired, please let the instructor know ahead of time so accommodations can be made.
