The monthly gathering of the Devokan Storytellers group takes place on Kitely grid on Sunday, 4 August 2013, at 15:00 UTC in the world of Dragon's Teeth. (4pm UK Time...11am Eastern US Time...8am Pacific US Time)

The gathering gives RP storytellers-builders-writers of the Myst/Uru genre an opportunity to share ideas, information, plans and concerns about their stories, characters, builds and virtual worlds. We gather on the first Sunday of each month.

Kitely users please note, attendance is free, you will not be charged minutes. For this we thank our gracious host, Paislee Myrtle. Try to arrive early or stay late to enjoy exploring Paislee's sim.

I am curious about the Devokan Trust and how the storytellers go about the business of story telling. Would you mind a fly on the wall that's quiet as a mouse?

The Storytellers Gathering will start in a few minutes.

In the meantime, I've set up the Devokan Trust land radio stream on Retreat, on the Kitely OpenSim grid, to broadcast today's D'ni Palooza 2013. This features music and musicians from the Myst/Uru communities on various virtual worlds.

Notes from 4 August Storytellers Gathering

Place: Dragon's Teeth, Kitely

In attendance: Dot Macchi, Vega Wright, Ruby O'Degee, Daniel Hoffman, Mysty River

This gathering was primarily an informal chat about virtual world issues of interest to group members.

New member, Mysty, was welcomed to the group.

At the 90-minute mark, the gathering was called to a close. The group then went off to the world called Retreat to listen to a streaming webcast of Myst/Uru-inspired music that was being broadcast live from another grid.
