Car racing challenge

I still haven't done much about my new Mega World but I've managed to lay down the main road so it's time for a challenge: How fast can you drive around the island? I haven't measured the length exactly but it takes about 17 minutes and 10 seconds to run around it so it should be about 5.25 km (3 1/4 miles). Quite a lot of bumps and curves with different radiuses so unless you love the crashing experience you either drive carefully or make sure your car has a top quality script. (Come to think of it, the road should be excellent for anybody who want to test their latest vehicle script too.)
This is all informal and honor based. Bring you own car and stopwatch. Unless you claim some ridiculously fast rounds, we trust trust whatever time you post here. You can start wherever you like along the road and drive in either direction but I recommend you begin at the southern stretch and drive eastwards. That way you get some nice and easy stretches first before you have to handle the tricky parts.
