I thought I read something last year about some aspect of this being on the grid's end of things. If so, then the 4096 bug isn't really fixed, in practice, until most grids have done whatever it is. (Tell me so I can do it on my grid!)
But if it's only about the viewer, then cool, we're done! Use the right viewer and you're good to go!
