I took quite a few Blender classes in SL where the teacher used Teamviewer. It was free to the students. We could see the instructor's screen. We could hear the instructor's voice inworld. We could type our questions inworld. And the instructor could import from Blender into SL to show us the thing we had watched them create. The only downside was that you had to have 1. Teamviewer, 2. SL, and 3. Blender all open on your computer at the same time. A bit of a challenge on my little laptop.
