A roundtable discussion on the current state of education in opensim and how to improve it. An agenda of questions will be provided, but only minimal moderation will occur.

Some of the questions that will be covered:

What are the biggest challenges of virtual world education?
What in-world tools are available to aid instructional settings?
Are there outside tools that would be helpful to virtual world instruction?
How can we advertise education events?

This discussion will be conducted in text chat. Voice will not be available.

Incidentally, is this "academic" education or in-world training or both?

Ros is running https://plus.google.com/u/0/communities ... 7607598536 which rather makes opensim-edu redundant provided you are G+-friendly (I'm not so I'll just cheer from the sidelines).

I'm actually not the person running it, just a moderator in it.
