I've created a group specifically for roleplayers in opensim. I am hoping that we can create a community to support and encourage roleplaying in Kitely and opensim.

Roleplay discussion is welcome anytime. You may advertise your roleplay events as they happen. Roleplay sims and roleplay merchant items can be advertised once per day by notice or chat.

Contact Roswenthe Blackwell if you are a sim owner or merchant for notice rights. The group is open join to members.

Open the group info. In the upper right is a button that says "Copy URI". Copy and paste it here.

For example, I started the Star Wars Roleplay group here: secondlife:///app/group/636982d3-7d6c-4e5f-82a6-c015ae931644/about

Even though the link says "secondlife:///...." its still linking to the Kitely group system.

Thanks, Mike. On my version of Firestorm, I had to scroll down to find the URI
For Opensim Roleplayers the URI is:
secondlife:///app/group/4f44c42f-130d-4f92-955a-70d06e871ff7/about

If this URI is pasted into text (in IM) a recipient can click on it in history and open the group profile. The recipient can join the group if it is open enrollment.

The URI is also used in making a group joiner script.

You can also simply type in "Opensim Roleplayers" in Firestorm's "Groups" bar after you open up the Search window.
