anche will cash-in on the chaos Linden Lab created before LL figures out a way to stop her exchange from functioning. She is in Germany or China and the Lab is in the US.

Yup. I think I read that the corporation that runs the currency exchange is PRC Chinese, but she reportedly lives in Germany. And that she leases servers from LL to run her SL sims, so she could move all that far easier than most SL sim owners. Whatever people say about her, she ain't dumb.

From the Podex website: "To remain in total compliance with Linden Lab regulations and The Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (“FinCEN”) guidance our legal office started preparing application process to become officially registered money services business (MSB)."

Perhaps Anche has moved to do the exact same thing.

Since trying to figure out what LL is up to with the new TOS outlawing 3rd party currency exchange has become the game of the week, here's a thought...

Is Second Life or Linden Lab for sale?

You can pay most bills here with credits instead of cashing out if my understandings are correct I think is great no worrys of cashout & fees related to them.
I really like that.
