Re: Using Stored Inventory
Hi Ilan
Yes that's what i was going to do, take the bags with the items in it and put it beside the display so the bag is on the floor with those items inside.
It will take a while as i have to take all the bags into inventory and put them on the floor and SOAS can be very slow at times,

Re: Using Stored Inventory
Hi nikita,
Just to make sure, have you tried using the latest Firestorm's import/export feature to move items from SOAS to Kitely?
See: http://www.firestormviewer.org/download ... d-tabs-1-1
Please note that this Firestorm version currently has a bug that prevents it from working with Kitely Plugin so you'll need to use the manual viewer login option in order to login with it into the Kitely grid.

Re: Using Stored Inventory
Hi Ilan
I was taking the bags out of the displays to lay on the ground on my SOAS which is a bit time consuming because taking the bags into inventory and rezzing on the ground is a bit slow going. I did all the avatars and was going onto the skins, i got to thinking, that is an awful lot of skins to do and we don't even know if this is going to work.
All the displays on my SOAS have unknown as creator and owner since i did the first OAR,so i thought i would stop where i was and upload an OAR to see if i was creator of the contents inside the bags i had put on the ground.
I did the upload and went into my Kitely sim and checked the new OAR upload. In all the bags i had put out on the ground in front of the displays i am now creator
of all the contents inside the bag, so it looks like it will work.
So i will carry on with the skins and upload another OAR when i'm done
Re. the new firestorm export thing, i see how one can export an object ok but i cannot see how to export a skin, shape and clothes.
Your right Minethere i'm getting good at the OAR now, thanks to your help guiding me through it.

Sometimes it takes a bit of persistence, and you are doing wonderfully-)) Once this part is figured out, which it sounds like it is going to be, you will be the more richer in knowledge...nicenikita Jefferson wrote:Your right Minethere i'm getting good at the OAR now, thanks to your help guiding me through it.

Re: Using Stored Inventory
I feel like a salmon swimming upstream .
I finally got everything over to my sim, and all creations are in my name as owner/creator with full permissions.
I went to upload to MP, an avatar that contains 13 items, checked them all ( 13 items ) and clicked upload and i got the following message which is the same i got when i had the problem with me not being creator of my products and not having full permissions.
"You must have copy and transfer permissions on the items. The following items lack permissions."
Script

Script
All the items list me as having copy, mod, transfer permissions and as creator/owner
There are no scripts in any of my items.

Hi nikita,
Please give me the name and full directory path in your inventory of the items you're trying to list.

Re: Using Stored Inventory
What is the name of the inventory folder the item is located inside. If that folder is located inside another folder then what is the name of that folder, etc.
For example:
My Folder
My Inside Folder 1
Item A
Item B
My Inside Folder 2
Item C
To tell me you want to list Item A you would write:
My Folder\My Inside Folder 1\Item A
For example:
My Folder
My Inside Folder 1
Item A
Item B
My Inside Folder 2
Item C

My Folder\My Inside Folder 1\Item A

Re: Using Stored Inventory
Hi Ilan
The item ( S&N Adorable Skins Kim Complete Avatar) is the folder for
Kim skin
Kim shape
brow
blue eyes
blown eyes
golden hair
auburn hair
shoe base
left shoe
right shoe
underpants
top
skirt
All these items are in the folder.
I copied all the items and put them in body parts so they would not be in any folder.
Went to MP and tried again, after selecting those items from my invent i got the same message as my previous post

Re: Using Stored Inventory
I met Ilan inworld and we went through adding the items, i was adding them all at once, we did it one at a time to see what items were causing any probs.
It seems the shoes have some object inside them causing the problem, so i will rework the shoes also try the firestorm import/export
