Is this a single mesh or is it built from separate linked parts?

built but it remains the proper root just turns the feature off

in my mind delivery turning off any basic prim feature is unexceptle

ok just test a single prim with the feature checked and it turned it off also.....

just did another test with a prim... this did not turn the feature off, the previous was a mech box made in blender i will try just meshing a prim for here

so instead of using a simple mesh box made in blender i meshed a box from kitely same result... mesh wont retain the feature... this needs to be fixed
i done for now need to shower before dialysis but the feature being turned off cancels out my new product lines which if not fixed

Please rezz the mesh, change the setting on that rezzed copy, take it into your inventory then add the copy you've just taken to your product listing. Once that's done, deliver the product, rezz it and check the value of that setting on the rezzed item. Please make sure that you're not changing the value of this setting while the item is currently boxed or on a copy that is in your inventory.
