materials in Market still failing for me

it still is in my trash. When I try to rezz it, it still gives that error, but disappears from the trash. When I log in next time it's there again. Problem is, there are many identical objects in the trash, and I can't say which one is the faulty one before I try to rez it, and when I rez it, it's gone until the next log in

oh, and adding physics means, I applied the shapes to define the boundaries of walls, floors etc
