Hi Yoyo,

AFAIK, there is no problem uploading mesh. What viewer (and version) are you using? Have you tried clearing its cache and inventory cache? Have you tried using a different viewer to upload these meshes?

I just imported a new mesh using Firestorm. No issues encountered.

Hi Yoyo, when you do so please make sure to clear both the viewer cache and the viewer inventory cache.

I did and was still unable to upload with firestorm. I think I may need to reinstall it.

When you do so please make sure to delete all the remnants it creates in other directories, simply uninstalling it may not suffice to completely remove it from your computer.

Ok here we go, I got to the root of the problem.
When upgrading to win 10 you will have to run almost any viewer in administration mode, win 8 or 7 or any compatibility mode wont work. Its a permissions thing for the remote service. by default as it is in program files for old windows versions. but now with 10 it needs to be digitaly signed. as moast viewers are not major corperation's and all work off the same base programming you will have to change this to upload mesh as it is not an image sound movie xml or commonly shared file.

A trick for all of you who come here and think there is a problem.
try going to your desktop screen so you cant see your viewer when calculating the weights and fees.
check back once a min. or so.
this will reduce the amount of strain on your processer and allow it to calculate faster. :)
