I have a nasty feeling this question has been answered previously but I couldn't find it. Does anyone know why Maria Korolov's script doesn't work for Kitely?

The entry returns "unknown" for the Kitely Welcome Center using the address grid.kitely.com:8002:Kitely Welcome Center which I think should be OK.

Re: Hypergrid Status Checker
Meh, I am guessing it doesn't work on the current grid when you quote the full hypergrid address.
UPDATE: I guessed correctly.

Re: Hypergrid Status Checker
I did some tests earlier on what worked with Hypergrid and came to the conclusion that the Hypergrid addresses don't work reliably within the home grid. Not just about Kitely. I also concluded that the walkin hypergates were not reliable enough to use. As of now, I am recommending Firestorm hops within grid or walkin TPs (which do work reliably within grid).

Re: Hypergrid Status Checker
Thanks, Selby. I didn't mean to imply that there was a problem with Kitely -- the same issue would occur with this script on any grid if you used a full hypergrid address on the current grid. Of course, the script could be fixed to stop that happening.
