Re: Action NPC on Ohn Freebies World
I've put a copy out on Stuff as well. It's the big yellow prim just to the left of the entrance to the mall. I have to confess I haven't actually used it yet but it came straight from Ohn's place.

Re: Action NPC on Ohn Freebies World
Perhaps worth mentioning that there are a number of alternative NPC tools now. I needed some clip art of an interview panel and put one together using this package as I was having trouble getting Ohn's NPCs to sit (my fault, I'm sure):

The avatars appear when you reset scripts and also when the region fires up. I still used the sit prims from Ohn's package as the target in the Script notecard and the trick seemed to be to have the NPC base prim reasonably close to the sit prim (presumably the sensor is short-range). As usual, once the NPC has sat you will need to move the sit prim so that there is a good match with the chair proper and you can then make the prim transparent.
Ohn's NPC removal tool worked fine mostly but I did get the occasional ghost which disappeared on a sim restart.
I didn't really go much further but the tool seems to have a lot of potential.
One I didn't try: http://opensimulator.org/wiki/NPC_Automator_2.0
