Hi,
Find the two-related topics in this thread...
Make Your Own Radio - Script
Make Your Own Radio - stations
1. Make a New Script in your Inventory. Cut & Paste the free, open source, full perm script I have posted here. Thanks to Minethere Always who gave me that script.
2. Make a New Notecard in your Inventory. Cut & Paste the list of stations into a Notecard called: stations
3. Put the Script and Notecard into an object, If you own the land, Rez the object and wait a moment. You now have a working radio. If it is group land, Rez the object and Deed it to the group. You now have a working radio.
If this is too advanced for you, send me an IM inworld and I will send you a free radio, using this script and notecard with free, open source textures that looks like a 1950s radio.
All of these stations were working as of July 1, 2013. Note: with internet radio stations/music streams, any of them can go silent at a given moment. If your favorite station does, try it again later or the next day. Sometimes they do go dead for good of course or they go to a different URL but most of the time the silence is just a temporary glitch.
You can add, delete stations simply by editing the Notecard.
