Firestorm directions for voice-10/18/24

I just encountered the attached message when I opened Firestorm. As someone who doesn't do much when it comes to network settings, I have no idea how to respond to the information (below): What the best choices are (e.g., TCP or UDP ports and which are best to choose, or why) or how to make the changes suggested in their message.
I found my way to the Firewall setup/Inbound tab, but have no idea how to proceed to safely re-establish voice without endangering my system security and functioning. Can anyone offer information/guidance on this? I use Windows 10.
For those who haven't seen it, the Firestorm message is
We are unable to connect to the voice server: www.bhr.vivox.com
Ports that must be allowed for voice are:
:TCP: 80, 443
: UDP : 3478, 3478, 5060, 5062, 6250, 12000-32000
Please check your network and firewall setup.
Disable any SIP ALG feature in your router.
Voice communications will not be available.
