Giant in the land...

OK, Quick question.
How tall are you? Your avatar I mean.
I feel like a giant when I visit some worlds. Doors are neck high sometimes. I am building big like in SL with the tall doors, etc... but I realize that here we do not have to conform to what we knew in SL.
So for a guy, what height do you use? What height would others suggest?
I am tired of feeling like a giraffe in a world built for humans. lol
