Kitely Plaza shops

Another question. I know, Too Many Questions.
I am at Kitely Plaza, ready to install stuff to sell at my shop space there, which is 1B in the fabulous grungy area. I do not have rez rights there, and can't edit my store sign to reflect my new spiffier logo. What do I need to do next?

Well yaaaa cuz I went to you sim to get some free trees, and you had it stashed under the volcano. Did you think I wouldn't find it? Mwahahahah

I did? hmmm...more are in an area on the opposite side tho...and grass and other pretty things...give me a minute and i will load the latest oar there-))
