Merchant Collaborative INWORLD HALLOWE'EN MALL

Am considering an idea, looking for your feedback...
There is a LOT of cool Hallowe'en items in Kitely Market.

Storylink Radio & Seanchai Library have some big Hallowe'en plans

So... Was thinking about putting up a Hallowe'en Mall at a skylevel above our OCTOBERWORLD.
Could give anyone that wants it free space in the Mall to place their Hallowe'en wares FOR SALE
You could put an actual sales kiosk there, or just a sign directing folks to your Kitely Market page, or something else(?)

There would be no charge to you, and no percentage split or anything like that.
Just wanting to create a central sales place for Hallowe'en stuff.
(though you're always welcome to toss us KCs in the tip bins - LoL)

You will have rez rights, so you do not need to give us your stuff or anything like that.

You could place Free items as well if you like, but if you do it is your responsibility to ensure you have appropriate rights to do so.

WHAT YOU ALL THINK? ANYBODY INTERESTED??

Still in the formative thought process here, I'm sure I'll come up with some caveats as this develops. Such as...
- offensive items may be removed
- rezzing only allowed at Mall level, not at Venue levels
- abusers may be banned from the region
- any items of question legality will be removed
- this would not be a landlord/tenant arrangement, just providing space, you would be responsible for your stuff
- etc etc etc blah blah blah

I like it. I've been wanting to create some good old fashioned horror.

Okay all...
There is now a giant "Hallowe'en Mall" setup in the sky at Octoberworld.
It is full sim size and disguised as huge gothic castle with a lower town.
No products there yet, well a few, but there is Lots and LOTS of Merchant space, as well as lots of opportunity for decorating for the season!
We'll still need to do some finetuning, just got it in place today.

Check it out if you like. Merchants can setup in the main castle, or y'all can claim a shop in the lower town, or along the lakeshore, or wherever you like, depending on how much space you'd like.

The main landing point will be on the drawbridge, vendors can set up signage directing to their shop, or again, just setup in castle.

We're not setting up yet, as vendors/merchants will want to be in the Storylink Radio group to have full perms to do stuff, but check it out and let us know what you think.

Show off any of your items, For Sale or Free
Or even just put up signage directing folks
to your inworld store or Kitely Market page.

Feel free to claim a spot anywhere you like,
be it just a stall in the Castle, or a
full shop of your own in Lower Town.
Anywhere!

You will want to put
up good signage &/or Teleporters
to your chosen spot in not in the main castle.

And Decorate, Decorate, Decorate!
Autumn, Hallowe’en, Ghosts, Etc
Toss in cool decos anywhere you like,
[General or Moderate please, no Adult]

You will need to Join the
STORYLINK RADIO GROUP
to be able to rez and place stuff.
(You do not need to make your
stuff Group Owned)

We’re excited about this project,
but we’ve never done this before
so please forgive and missteps, and
feel free to make suggestions.

Don't be shy, take as much space as you need, we have LOTS of prims, have fun!

I'm late to the party, finally well enough to get online for an hour or so at a time. I have a couple of skeleton avatars now and am working on Día de los Muertos decorated avatar things, plus costumes for weefolk of course, would love to display them at the mall. Is there still room?

but we do have only 85,000 prims left.. LoL...
Will the Victorian Skeleton couple be there? They are so cool!!

And don't worry at all about late.. i tried to get a super early start this year... we still got 28 days till October even starts!

So just pick a spot and move in?
Yes, the Victorian Skeleton couple. Maybe a few more costumes for them.
This is gonna be totally fun.

A spot, a whole building, a dungeon cell, a random stairwell.. whatever you likes...
And feel free to scatter decos anywhere, and signage if you like.

Once you get set somewhere I will update the Teleport board with your shop name and location.
If you need anything moved/deleted/folded/spindled/mutilated just holler..
I'll jump in asap and do it, or it may be set to Group Owned in which case have at!

btw - since the terra is not really terra, it's mesh made from terra, cuz we're in a huge skybox, when you rez stuff it may appear in a weird spot initially, so you may want to rez in Edit mode. I will send a note to all merchants about that shortly, it looks like it has bitten a couple of us! LoL Sorry all!
