Land Rental @ Min & Friends

Hi there ...
any Regular Account user who is looking for an own place to stay after the 6 hours of free time have run out, but not decided (or too low budget) to go for Premium?

I'm happy to provide options on one of my metered regions:
Currently I have set up the region Min & Friends which I divided into 9 parcels of approx 8000 m2 each.
I'm renting out 8 of theses parcels - proposed conditions:

300 KC / week or 1000 KC / month covering up to 3 hours/week or 10 hours/month time spent in the region
up to 5000 prim usage per parcel
(conditions are flexible and matter of negotiation)

Limitations: OpenSim / Kitely has no system to "sell" land in the way it works in SL so I'll give building rights to the group Min & Friends
terraforming can only be set to land owner or everyone - so I'll allow terraforming on request temporarily

So this is approximately an 1/8 for about 3 bucks 50 a month if kcs bought at full price? right?

Yes Miney ... that's appoximately right ... but as said I intend to be very flexible with that .... the critical thing for the calculation is how much time the renter will spend in the region as it will be Regular accounts and I will have to cover the minutes spent there (thus the need of a time-in -region limitation in the deal).
I don't intend to make any significant money by this ... just to give the Regular accounts one more option and this way more motivation to stay dedicated to Kitely.

sorry to drag up an old thread, but i'm completely new the whole "time in region" thing, i'm more accustomed to just logging on and being there when ever and as much as RL will permit me to do...still considering buying land in Kitely myself but want to try more once my newbie free home status runs out...lol.
i will search for someplace that explains what the "time in region" thing is all about.

Are you referring to time-based-billing? (we've stopped offering that world hosting option years ago). Nowadays, all our world hosting options are fixed-price no matter how long you, or anyone else, spends inside those worlds.
