Second Life have similar items that could potentially work with Kitely, or they might be willing to create something custom.
If you’re open to exploring alternatives, you could try looking for vape options too. I’ve used Crave Max Beast in real life for a smoother experience, and a virtual version of something like that could be pretty cool in Kitely.
