Touring Script that Works w/ Region Restarts

I'm having trouble with a touring vehicle because when the region shuts down and restarts each time the vehicle stops working. It resets the script but since the vehicle is touch start it doesn't automatically start running again.
The script I have is old and I'm not a scripter but if someone could help me with the code that allows for something to start running again when the region is accessed that would be great.

Hi Koshari,
I've done some scripted stuff in Kitely - like my elevator-, door- and posing-scripts that you can find in the market.
If you send me the script you want to modify, I might be able to help.

Hi Koshari,
think I fixed the obvious issues like region start behavior and uncontrolled flipping over (at least it works on a model track in my test region "Kitely City").
Next time we're both on let's check that it works properly for you and if you need any other feature fixed.
