We've verified that Metropolis did indeed change their Grid URI. We've therefore updated our system and resent you the order.

Please log into Metropolis with your Metropolis avatar and check whether you got an IM. If you did then please click the link it contains to complete the delivery process. If you didn't then please try teleporting to the Kitely Welcome Center again then click the Resend IM link in the Kitely Market order page.

I'm glad you found out about the grid uri. I received a reply this morning stating Metropolis changed from "hypergrid.org:8002“ to "hg.metro.land“. I didn't receive the item and went I clicked resend it gave me some protection notice. Can you resend it to me?

Please teleport with your Metropolis avatar into the Kitely Welcome Center (as explained in my previous replies) then click the Resend IM link on your order page: https://www.kitely.com/market/order/1000050560837

If you get an error message then please share a screenshot of your viewer window while it's being displayed.

I wait at least 10/15 minutes longer and even an hour... still get this message. As you can see, I am now able to teleport there. I got this first thing this morning.

The order page now indicates the order has been delivered. Please teleport back to Metropolis and look for it in your My Suitcase > Objects and Objects folders. The delivery box should appear at the top of one of these folders.

Please don't filter the results, just restart your viewer, log into Metropolis and look at the top of the aforementioned folders.

As you can see, I'm still at the welcome center. I received the IM and it says it was delivered, but as you can ALSO see.. I don't have it in my inventory. But... I got the IM... we're getting closer.
