Using adverts to promote worlds?
I'm interested in the possibility of using Kitely Market product adverts to promote visits to a particular world. The idea is to create a single product based on a key object from the world with information on its inworld location. Would an advert based on this be considered an abuse of the system?

Re: Using adverts to promote worlds?
Hi Graham,
I'm sorry but that would be an abuse of the system. Product listings are intended to sell actual virtual items not be used as advertisements for other things. Using the Ad system to promote product listings that aren't actual items would just add money to the equation without changing the fact that the product listings are abusing the system.
What you could do, however, is create a Store Ad for promoting a Kitely Market store that has actual items, and on that ad's banner include information about a Kitely world that sells (using KC)/showcases the items in that store.

Can an avatar have multiple stores? Being able to use product groups as the basis for sub-store ads would be another possibility?

Hi Graham,
You aren't able to currently have multiple stores per account but we are planning to add the ability to direct store ads to one of your product groups in the next few weeks.
