Video-Player for OpenSim - Market Launch

Post by Min Tigerpaw »

Happy to announce the launch of my brandnew MT Video-Player for Kitely (and OpenSim). :P
http://www.kitely.com/market/product/56 ... ideoPlayer
Currently this is still the beta-Version and will need refinement over the next months. At this time it is only sold as noC / noE - version within Kitely. :!:
There will be free regular updates over the next months until everything works smoothly. Everyone interested in video for OpenSim can continue to test the player @ my Demo-Zone:

In the market there is a free fully functional demo available. Please note that the scripts use osNotecard-commands and thus operate only if the player is placed on the owners regions (in Kitely).
This product is available for free for community builds in Kitely.

Hey Min,

The TV works great, it was just what I was looking for. I would suggest you update the manual to better explain how to create the data items. I was struggling to understand the part about scaling especially.

Thank you for the feedback Roswenthe!
You're perfectly right - it needs some training to get the content-management going smoothly. I'm currently writing up manuals for adding movies and for editing movie-information. Will send them to all customers and will add to the market package. Certainly also simplifications and closing of possible traps are on my agenda for the first revision.
