Secondary Delivery of Already Pruchased Items?

I purchased several items that are exportable when I had a region here on Kitely and am now on a HG enable grid is there a way I can have the items delivered there as I cannot get a copy of my IAR. Thank you.

Purchases in Kitely Market belong to the avatar to which the items were originally delivered (see the Proprietary Rights section of our Terms of Service for an explanation) but You can teleport with your Kitely avatar to another grid and (assuming the items were bought with the Transfer permission) transfer them to another avatar.
