You know as I was a merchant in SL I got used that customers came and visited my store, if I was around they stayed and chatted, told me how they love my products or expressed their wishes and asked for other colors or items. And many sent me an IM to tell me how they like what I do. Such feedback motivated me to find it useful and to give a meaningful sense to what I do in the virtuality
As I came 2011 to Opensims I noticed customers purchased but I never heard from them, no good, no bad comments. Simply nothing. Now with the Kitely Marketplace I have it again. Its so good to receive feedback (and I bet many merchants will agree with me) and specially if there are also some taps over the shoulder (critic would be ok too, but of course if they like it, it makes me smile)
