When I search for "Wind Sensitive Flags" in my Sales History, it finds a customer named Elijah Starfish
I clear that search, and search for Elijah Starfish to see what else she has bought.
It cannot find her at all, as if she has never bought anything from me.
What is going on? Did she buy a flag or not? Did her account get deleted?
Cannot find one of my Customers

Re: Cannot find one of my Customers
Hi Kayaker,
Elijah Starfish requested to delete his account a while back, that is why your search results show his name as the buyer but that name is not a link, meaning you can't click it to get information about that person. As that person deleted his account you also can't search for sales events using his name.
This is a compromise between showing you your own sales history and protecting the other party's privacy by hiding their purchase history after his or her account has been deleted (per his or her request). In other words, your account retains a log of the transaction but the avatar who bought the items is no longer a searchable entity because its records are no longer kept in our system.

Re: Cannot find one of my Customers
oh? interesting.
I have been given to understand deleting an avatar account would break UUIDs, stuff still out in a grid belonging to that account.
I don't really wish to change Kay's topic, but it does raise my curiosity as to how you do this.
I would like it if a couple of grids would do that for me.

Hi Constance,
It may and it may not, depending on how the deletion is implemented.
