Hi, I checked my store settings and I have a bit more than 10$ cleared for Payout, but I can´t find anywhere a button to execute the Payout to my Paypal

The Date says - Future - But more than 10$ are already on Cleared section - Does Kitely send it soon automatically for my Paypal or do I have to click somewhere ?

Second question - Is there also a way to revert that Payout to KCs directly
?

Hi Carlos,

Merchants that have accumulated more than 10 USD in Cleared funds are added to the upcoming payout queue. Payouts are then made automatically by our system once per week (on Monday, with the time of day being dependent on the amount of cleared funds the merchant has accumulated). There is no option to get a payout to PayPal before then but we can make one-off KC payouts to your account upon request. If you have more than 10 USD in accumulated Cleared funds and wish us to use that to buy Kitely Credits then send us an email with that request no later than the midnight before the day of the upcoming payout to PayPal (i.e. by the end of Sunday).

Thank you Ilan, it´s ok like that, I can wait and as Im always saying, automation makes Kitely the very best, Im really sad I had projects that needed large Vars, because I still miss Kitely the most and I have not giving up on Kitely, I hope this Restless Mind soon get´s an epiphany for a smaller world project back in Kitely
